The smart red front door leads into a marble floored entrance hall with stairs to the first floor open-plan kitchen and living room. For elderly or disabled visitors please note that the house is built over 4 floors.
•The open-plan lounge/kitchen overlooking the cobbled square marries antique and modern to create a most pleasant living space. There is a flat-screen TV/DVD player with Sky and DVDs for your entertainment.
•The trendy open-plan kitchen features a turquoise/blue Aga with a gas hob and is also fitted with modern appliances to the same high standard as the rest of the house. A breakfast bar with stools and a separate dining table offers a designated place for meals.
•There are two bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The Master bedroom has its own stylish en-suite shower room and an antique French bed. The twin bedroom has matching iron bedsteads and with glorious views out in the direction of the Welsh Marches – also a lovely part of the country for walks. All the beds have very good quality bed linen, towels and complimentary soaps are also provided.
•There is an additional contemporary family shower room plus a separate cloakroom with toilet and all the bathrooms feature modern accessories and Italian tiles.

Rules for Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior written permission. Ivy House is ”Pet Friendly’’ provided the pet or pets are well-behaved and it is not really suitable if your dog is a larger breed. On the understanding that your pet or pets will not be allowed into either of the bedrooms and that you are liable for the cost of any damages caused during your stay, you will be permitted to bring your well-behaved, small sized dog or dogs to stay with you.

Ludlow is one of England’s most fascinating historic market towns with a large number of period buildings and a deep sense of history. The castle welcomes visitors, there are picturesque cobbled roads and a thriving market with a difference where gourmet, eco-friendly, organic and arts and products abound. It is not unusual to stumble across street performers in period costume and be entertained
by wandering minstrels.
Ludlow sits amidst splendid countryside and roads lead to pretty villages such as Knighton, Church Stretton, Cleobury Mortimer, Clunn, Craven Arms and Bishop’s Castle. Stand on the bridge where you can have one foot in Wales and the other in England.
