Accommodation Description
Located 2 miles outside of Rye, we are perfectly located for Romney Marsh, and other attractions. We are also 20 minutes drive from the market town of Tenterden, and 35 minutes drive from Ashford, where there is an outlet mall, and of course Ashford international train station, for the Eurostar. Other cross channel services at Dover and Folkestone are 50 – 55 minutes drive away.

We have two delightful letting rooms, which are separate to the pub.
The Hay Store, and Tack Room, in a converted stable block, both have;

· King sized beds, with duvets
· En suite
· Original oak beams
· Tea and coffee making facilities
· Mini bar—with the same prices as the pub
· Touch on bedside lights
· In room safe
· High power hairdryers
· Flat screen Televisions with free-view
· Dogs may bring their well behaved owners

A full English breakfast is served in our dinning room, or alfresco on our patio (weather permitting) the choice is yours! Breakfast is served from 8.45am until 9.15am

Although we have many ghost stories about the inn, there haven’t been any reports of  ‘bumps in the night’ in the Bed and Breakfast rooms……yet!
